These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to our website at fluxarios.space and your use of any educational programs or services provided by thzeroframe. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to thzeroframe. References to "you" or "your" refer to any individual accessing our website or enrolling in a thzeroframe program.

Nature of Our Services

thzeroframe provides financial education services only. Our programs are structured learning experiences designed to help individuals understand financial concepts relevant to their personal circumstances in Thailand.

Our services do not constitute, and should not be interpreted as, any form of:

• Investment advice or portfolio management
• Tax advice or tax preparation services
• Legal advice or legal representation
• Insurance recommendations
• Any regulated financial service under Thai law

Nothing shared during a thzeroframe program should be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional advice from a licensed financial advisor, tax consultant, or lawyer. We encourage all participants to seek appropriate professional guidance before making any financial, legal, or tax-related decisions.

Eligibility

Our programs are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older who are interested in improving their financial knowledge. By booking a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are entering into these Terms voluntarily.

thzeroframe reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if we reasonably believe that our services are not an appropriate fit for the enquiring individual's needs, or if we are unable to accommodate a request within our current capacity.

Bookings and Payment

A booking is confirmed once thzeroframe has issued written confirmation via email and the applicable program fee has been received in full. Program fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all session time, written reports, and supporting materials described in the program outline.

Current program fees are as follows:

• Income Optimization Review — ฿4,200 (two sessions)
• Mutual Fund Education Series — ฿7,000 (three sessions)
• Wealth Transfer Awareness — ฿12,500 (three sessions)

Fees are subject to change. The fee applicable to your booking is the fee confirmed in writing at the time of your booking. Payment details will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. The following policy applies to all program bookings:

• Cancellation with more than 7 calendar days' notice — a full refund will be issued, less any applicable bank transfer fees.
• Cancellation with 3–7 calendar days' notice — a credit note will be issued for the full fee, redeemable against any thzeroframe program within 12 months.
• Cancellation with fewer than 3 calendar days' notice — no refund or credit will be issued, except in cases of documented medical emergency or bereavement.
• Rescheduling requests — we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before a session, subject to educator availability.

If thzeroframe needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative date or a full refund of the unused portion of your program fee.

Program Materials

Written reports, worksheets, checklists, and other materials provided as part of a thzeroframe program are prepared for your personal educational use. These materials are based on information available at the time of preparation and are intended to support the learning process.

Materials are provided in good faith, but thzeroframe does not warrant that they are complete, accurate, or applicable to your specific circumstances at any given time. Financial regulations, tax rules, and market conditions change, and we encourage you to verify material details with qualified professionals.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, program frameworks, session materials, and structural design — is the intellectual property of thzeroframe unless otherwise noted. Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Materials provided to you during a program are licensed for your personal educational use only. You may retain copies for your own reference but may not share, publish, or reproduce them for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, thzeroframe's total liability to you in connection with any program or use of this website shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the relevant program.

thzeroframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Financial decisions made following participation in a program
• Reliance on any materials provided as part of a program
• Temporary unavailability of our website or services
• Any matters outside our reasonable control

These Terms do not exclude or limit liability in circumstances where such limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Thai or international law
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications via our contact forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or associated systems
• Knowingly transmit any data that contains malicious code or other harmful material

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website if we reasonably believe these conditions have been breached.

Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using this website or enrolling in a program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We handle personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
